[arm-allstar] White list not working ?

I’m noticing that nodes that are not in my White List can connect now. 

Also that the script...... Node-ban-allow.sh is no longer in the /usr/local/sbin where all the other scripts are. Though, I use Supermon to to edit this for our back bone of links. 

I rebooted the node, it has latest update. 

Ideas ?
