[arm-allstar] Backup on Rasperry Pi

Luc,
The script file-backup.sh is not written to be run as a cron job. It
could be modified to do so BUT I emphasize that there is NO REASON to do
weekly backups. Backups are ONLY necessary if you make changes and by
changes I mean substantial changes not just something simple.
Nothing changes in just running the code that would need a backup unless
you modify something yourself. Updates DO NOT require backups. If you had
to recreate a system it would update to the latest version and you would
then restore the files you backed up.
