[arm-allstar] Two nodes on the same network won't connect to

This is exactly why if you can having a router with hairpin loopback is the
best way to go. Hard routing stuff can get you in trouble when moving
things around or off the network. If you have hairpin loopback and port
forward the servers they should work both within and outside the network.
