[arm-allstar] Hamvoip Shutdown Script

ps ax | grep shutdown

It should show a job. If you activated it in /usr/local/etc/allstar.env it
should be there but only after a reboot.  Remember if you shut something
down remotely it will not restart unless you cycle power.
