[arm-allstar] Hamvoip Shutdown Script

It appears to be running with no errors, so that part seems to be working.
Long story short, a friend was dinking around trying to get the PI Uptime
UPS script working and I was not sure if he messed with the Hamvoip script.
Apparently not. Will not be able to physically visit the site to test until
Monday, hence the desire to see it running remotely.

As always, thanks Doug.
