[arm-allstar] Connect time

Hi Jim,

I am finding the same issue, so you're not alone. I made some changes
to my node and then found I couldn't connect to anything. I thought I
messed something up.  I later found that it connected fine.

I often (safely) shut my node down, to switch it to battery power, but
just this past few days, when powered up again, it won't connect to
anyone.  I'll just leave it on shore power until I come up with a good
way to switch it to battery, without shutting it down.
