[arm-allstar] Echolink text customization?

I'd actually love to see the option of a couple of "free text" lines as
well. In certain situations, it'd be extremely handy. Like "Please don't
link this node to any conferences!" ;-) Sorry, I had that happen on one of
my nodes while I was out of town. Sometimes people don't pay any attention
to what they link up to & how it affects others. 73 de K4SQI!
