[arm-allstar] Echolink text customization?

The text "as is" is fine.

I was thinking about a free form section at the bottom which this
would apply more to a club node than a personal node.

Let's say the Allstar node is bridged to other modes I would like the
option to briefly describe some of that and maybe link to a site for
more information about the node.
