[arm-allstar] Echolink text customization?

Hi Russell,

New code to allow customizable messages got into today's package updates!  
Update your system with admin option #1. Then, in the 
/etc/asterisk/echolink.conf file in the [el0] stanza, add a single line 
like:

message=Welcome to my Ham Club!\r\rPlease IDENTIFY your station when you 
connect!\r

Note that the "\r" are carriage return / line feeds.

Hopefully this will be useful.
