[arm-allstar] Need help: New to AllStar Link Network

Hi Terry,
Thank you. Yes, I can see that there's much to learn. I am comfortable
with computers, CLI, Linux as I once used to be a linux user. Yes, I have
been watching some videos in YouTube with regards to the allstar link,
reading some documentations here and there. Slowly but surely, I'm getting
there. I need to fully understand how to configure an AllStar Link Network
server/node for our club use. Right now, I have acquired a Raspberry Pi 3
Model B V1.2 for our use, a 16GB memory card, a USB sound card that I need
to modify. That's all what I have for now.
