I'm happy to report the "minus" temp annoucement works at -19F.

Just so you'll understand my comment correctly, because of ambiguity in 
the English language, I will clarify that "I'm happy to report" only 
applies to my report indicating the program is now correct, not that the 
temp was -19.   (8-)

Thanks much for the quick fix. I hope y'all don't have to use it at your 
house!
