[arm-allstar] rpt_extnodes not populating

Team,

We have been experiencing an odd issues on the 47185 node as of late.

This is not the first time that we are unable to connect to remote nodes.
The first time cleared up after a couple of hours.  So far I'm at least an
hour in this time with no luck.

Error from asterisk is as follows:

Looking for rpt_extnodes! filename = /var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes
[Feb 28 22:20:45] NOTICE[483]: app_rpt.c:11329 collect_function_digits: rv=0

Looking at /var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes I see:
[root at repeater asterisk]# ls -l rpt_extnodes
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 Apr  3  2015 rpt_extnodes -> /tmp/rpt_extnodes

So that points me to /tmp/rpt_extnodes:
[root at repeater asterisk]# ls -l /tmp/rpt*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Feb 28 22:08 /tmp/rpt_extnodes-temp

Looks like the file is missing..  Odd.

Perused the web and found some troubleshooting that said to verify the
registration:
repeater*CLI> iax2 show registry
Host                  dnsmgr  Username        Perceived
 Refresh  State
67.215.233.178:4569   Y       47185           24.192.54.148:4569
 60  Registered

So, the registration looks good, but the file does not show up.

I have verified allstarlink.org, it shows us as registered.
I have rebooted the box multiple times...

Hardware/Software details:
Raspberry Pi3
RPi2-3 Version 1.5rc4-9 Allstar - November 16, 2017 - KB4FXC, WA3DSP

Thoughts?  Next steps?  I'm perplexed.
