[arm-allstar] rpt_extnodes not populating

Mark,

 It looks like something is wrong with your download of the file. Rather
than troubleshoot that I am sending to you directly the beta DNS
instructions and assuming you  are using hamvoip V1.5 with the latest
updates following the instructions should solve your problem and also make
you node work more efficiently. This is the beta DNS which has been in use
for months and works very well.
