[arm-allstar] vision impaired

All of the hamvoip command functions are listed in the functions howto at
the hamvoip.org web site.

To check if your DTMF is working go to main menu item 12 - CLI client.  Key
your handheld or radio you are using to talk to your node and press each
DTMF key in succession - 0-9 #* ABCD - The decoded character should
properly display on the screen.

If the proper character does not display check your RX level in
simpleusb-tune-menu.  The deemphasis setting can also effect this if it is
set the wrong way.
