[arm-allstar] Getting setup

Hello All,
I am trying to get my first node online. I have also setup Echolink. I set
ports 5198 and 5199 to forward to my Pi. I did a ping and confirmed that I
am getting out to the internet but I am not showing up on the list of
online Allstar nodes or Echolink nodes. Is there a way to test to see if
traffic is coming in? I tried to ping my external ip address with :5198
from an outside computer and no luck. I put my Pi's ip address in the DMZ
of my router also.

Help please
