[arm-allstar] ARM-allstar Digest, Vol 55, Issue 12

Hello all.  Trying to find details and cannot.  Re: SkyAlert and Weather
hourly.

1. SkyAlert only provided a tone then says "Update...  Winter Storm
Warning" then drops key
Question:  Is there any way to provide additional details i.e. Warning
start / end times or the Temp.

2. Hourly weather...
Question: Where does it gather the spoken information and when (How) are
the updates obtained.  This is saying "Mostly Cloudy temp 38 degrees"
which is very inaccurate as we are under Warnings at present.
