[arm-allstar] WiFi RPI3BP problem

Zvi,

It you got an IP address (DHCP) on wan0 then the WIFI is working. The Pi
has to communicate both ways with the router to get an IP address and you
have to setup WIFI to get this to happen. Are you disconnecting the
Ethernet when you attempt this? You cannot have both connected! The network
software gets very confused. Have you tried a different Pi? WIFI definitely
works on the Pi3's with hamvoip as many including myself are using it.
