[arm-allstar] WiFi RPI3BP problem

Ok, eth0 and wifi not connected at same time.

I placed the new installation SD in to my other working allstar RPI32 and it 
showed the same problem after booting.
I then took the working SD and placed it in the suspect RPI3P and again it 
showed the same problem, I then replaced
it in it's original RPI and it worked perfectly. SSID and password set up 
the same for both RPI's.

Zvi,

It you got an IP address (DHCP) on wan0 then the WIFI is working. The Pi
has to communicate both ways with the router to get an IP address and you
have to setup WIFI to get this to happen. Are you disconnecting the
Ethernet when you attempt this? You cannot have both connected! The network
software gets very confused. Have you tried a different Pi? WIFI definitely
works on the Pi3's with hamvoip as many including myself are using it.
