[arm-allstar] Reporting bugs

I was looking at this howto:
https://www.hamvoip.org/Allstar_backup.pdf
which references {backup,restore}.sh and {backup,restore}-usb.sh

I only have /usr/local/sbin/file-{backup,restore}.sh which appears to
implement both file and usb based backups.
