[arm-allstar] Reporting bugs

Doug,

 I do not see the error in the howto file.  backup.sh is mentioned as the
old file once in the document but not anywhere else. Are you seeing
something different?  I am correcting the comments in the script which will
go out with the next update.

Any corrections to documentation or scripts could be sent directly to me if
you wish.
