[arm-allstar] APRS

Maybe a dumb question on my part but did you use the correct password? I 
went to the passcode generator @ https://callpass.kf5jwc.us/

Make sure it's correct. I followed the same link Doug just posted and 
have it working from last week with a GPS USB puck on my 27141 node. Not 
sure about hooking a radio to it on 144.390 though.
