[arm-allstar] ASL Registration system down this morning

Is it or will it be a true statement to say when the ASL reg server is
down, and your Hamvoip one is online, only nodes we will be able to connect
to will be the ones registered on Hamvoip (and static private known nodes)?
So any ASL only registered node would be unavailable for connections?
Asking for clarification.
