[arm-allstar] Auto reconnect issue

I’ve got a Pi with current distro and using Ethernet 

Using delay macro = 20
Startup macro =*73xxxxx#

If I drop internet (power stays on) and then internet restores, the Pi does not auto reconnect.  I have to restart Asterisk 

If I drop power and internet - then of course it reconnects great!

Is there a way to fix this?
