[arm-allstar] Lady in the box is locking up the PTT - FIXED

I thought I would update everyone, I finally found time to mess with 
it all some more today, and it is now working like it should.
I can connect (42563) to other nodes and PTT/audio works and sounds 
great on both ends.
Echolink (839153) also works as it should.


Things I did:
         Added a 10/100 switch out in the workshop and ran all the 
ham gear out there via CAT6, compared to hopping over 
Broadband-Hamnet networking between the house and shop. The BBHN 
network works, but I was suspicious of the double-NATting/double 
port-forwarding that had to go on to make things connect.
         rm -rf of /tmp and reboot to clean out any old stuff.
         duplex=0
         linktolink = no

Now I just have try and get the wx alerts and other macros working.
