[arm-allstar] Auto reconnect issue

Are you using V1.5.3-36 ? If not update and it should fix your problem.  If
you look in the Asterisk client it should start attempting reconnects once
it sees it is not connected. This would happen even if the internet was not
up.
These attempts will go on indefinitely. Are you seeing that?
