[arm-allstar] Noticing issue lately that node is locally unresponsive, yet, the connection still persists.

Hi Terry,
...No idea what's going on, I don't think we've gotten any other reports 
of any failure modes like you're describing.
My first thought is to make sure the RPi3 system is stable---no power 
supply or RFI issues.
