[arm-allstar] Notice - Intent to remove remote base rig control

Steve,

 I looked at the manual for that radio and I see you can use the MCP-1A
programming SW to program the radio but I don't see anything about CAT
control. Do you know if that radio has CAT? That is other than programming
internal memory can you actually control the radio - change Freq, PL etc.
I am not seeing that in the documentation at least not on the TM271A.

Info on hamlib is extensive and you can write custom modules knowing the
code the radio requires. Kenwood like other manufacturers usually uses
similar codes for their radios. Of course some may have functions others do
not.
