[arm-allstar] Notice - Intent to remove remote base rig control

Hi Steve,

Are you using these radios simply for linking or as a frequency agile
remote base?? If simply linking, yes, either Kenwood is supported, no
question.

If frequency agile, hamlib has drivers for the TM-V7, TM-D700 and TM-D710,
etc. I'd be very surprized if one of these drivers wouldn't work--at
least for the bulk of the functionality available.

I've got a couple of old TM-G707 radios and they work with hamlib (I think
I'm using the TM-D700 driver??).

It is not listed in the supported radios but may be the same as another
model. I use these radios for link radios on several sites currently
using an RC-210 controller but want to switch to letting the RPi running
AllStar control them and may need to rethink that in light of this if
Hamlib will not control them.
