[arm-allstar] Weather on hourly ID

Wade,

 OK try this. It seems to me the weather service might have something
screwed up in dns. I think someone else had this problem.

At the linux prompt type

pacman -Sy hamvoip-no-ipv6

then reboot

See if that changes anything.
