[arm-allstar] Weather on hourly ID

I did what you mentioned. It did not work it said nothing was updated. I 
was hesitant to update the system due to some other software that is 
running on it. I did however go ahead and update it this morning and now 
all is well on that system.!

Now just to try and correct the double announcements on the first node..
