[arm-allstar] Audio Level Bug?

Josh,

 Just to confirm - you are using hamvoip V1.5 code? What hardware are you
using? Are you using simpleusb-tune-menu from the main menu? I have no
knowledge of this ever happening before. We routinely set levels in the
menu while transmitting.
