[arm-allstar] Modifying Outbound Telemetry

Good afternoon,

I have noticed several nodes in my area that announce connection and disconnection using the repeaters callsign rather than the Allstarlink node number. Using the document http://docs.allstarlink.org/drupal/node/131 I was able to get my node to announce connection and disconnection using my repeaters callsign on the local node. However the remote node still announces using my node number. 

I was wondering if it is possible to change the outbound out-of-band telemetry to the callsign of the Allstarlink node rather than the node number?
