[arm-allstar] No test tones from DMK URI

Glenn,

 You have discounted that the URI might be bad?

You can set duplex=1 with linktolink=yes
this will result in telelmetry working and you should hear a courtesy tone
and connect message. THis would confirm that the audio out pin 22 is
working.
