[arm-allstar] No test tones from DMK URI

Hello list,

I'm trying to test the URI in my Allstar link setup but not detecting 
any audio on URI pin 22 when I enable a test tone from the 
simpleusb-tune-menu.

The configuration is for Allstar to act as a link to an existing PSE-702 
controller.  COS and PTT are working correctly.

Any ideas?
