[arm-allstar] Port forwarding in an AT&T modem router

David,

I used U-verse for IRLP and Echolink in California with an (AT&T) Pace 5031NV modem. 
Unfortunately I did not do Allstar back then, but the port-forwarding should work the same way.

If you have a Pace modem, I may be able to help. 
If not, tell us what modem you have and someone may chime-in.
