[arm-allstar] I need some pointer connecting two nodes via AREDN

I need some pointers-

I have a lab setup with 2 AREDN radios and 2 repeaters with Pi3's

node 0300 10.164.63.215

node 0350 10.228.238.198


I have layer 3 connectivity. and can ssh to both nodes through AREDN.

When I try to get 0350 to connect to 0300, I get a message "rpt_exec: 
Node 0350 Invalid for connection here!!

I have the nodes defined in the rpt.conf on each node.


Where should I start looking?

I am running cromptons image.
