[arm-allstar] Allstar/IRLP/echolink

I have been away from the group for quite some time. I tried searching out
the answer to my question but haven't been successful. Last I recall one
focus of the group was on the software and building plugins that would
allow for the different formats. At this point has that been done so that
Allstar/IRLP/Echolink are available in a distribution?
