[arm-allstar] Connection fails from one end only

Doug,

Q1 answer: The nodes are at different places on the internet. Repeater 3 
is a fixed IP and the hub has a DDNS name that is used for other 
connections so resolves properly.

Q2 answer:  repeater 3 iax is on port 4569 and the hub is on a different 
port number.  The routing info at the bottom of rpt.conf at each end 
includes the respective port numbers with the address.  Your question 
suggests they should be the same.
