[arm-allstar] Connection fails from one end only

David,

  Each server has to have a mapping in the nodes stanza of their respective
rpt.conf file for all other nodes. For consistency the mapping should
include the port. So here is an example for one server. Lets call it server
1 node 1600 and server 2 1601 and server 3 1602 are remote. They can have
the same 4569 port if they are at different places. If any two are on the
same LAN they each need to have a distinct port so port forwarding works
properly. In this example I am assuming these nodes are each on their own
servers and at different locations (not on the same LAN).

1600 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4569/1600,NONE ; local server 1
1601 = radio at some_domain2.com:4569/1601,NONE ; Remote server 2
1602 = radio at some_domain3.com:4569/1602,NONE ; Remote server 3

Each server needs these three lines with same mappings only in server 2 it
would map 1601 to 127.0.0.1 and then specific IP's for 1600 and 1602

and in server 3 it would map 1602 to 127.0.0.1 and specific IP's for 1600
and 1603.

Each one needs to know how to get to the other in BOTH directions.

If the ports that you are using differ then use the correct port.

Further you must have port forwarding setup at each location to the IP
address of the server at that location forwarding the port assigned to that
location.

In iax.conf check the port you have assigned in the bindport= statement

Also make sure there are no registration lines active in iax.conf. If so
comment them out. You don't register private nodes. You should also comment
out any statpost lines in rpt.conf.
