[arm-allstar] simpleusb / channel driver merge status?

Richard,
Yes you can mix simpleusb and usbradio on a server but usbradio which we
basically have not touched has several problems and not great audio. That
is why we have discouraged its use and also why we have developed a new
driver.
Also as you probably know but for the sake of others if you do use usbradio
you must not use radio pre/deemphasized audio and many radios do not
externally have that option.
