[arm-allstar] Adding a seconf node/devstr not populating automatically

Hi guys,
   I have a working node with a URI-x and I am getting ready to add a
second node with a RIM "lite" interface from repeater builder.

I uncommented all the lines for a secondary node in simpleusb.conf,
restarted, and for some odd reason, it appears as though "devstr=" is not
being automatically (not sure it should be, been a while since I've done a
2+ node setup!) populated in simpleusb_tune_usb1.conf.

Is there something else missing that I need to do? I also dropped into
simpleusb-tune-menu and selected usb1, but it is not active. I can see it
connected to the Pi however:

Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0d8c:013a C-Media Electronics, Inc.
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0d8c:013a C-Media Electronics, Inc.

Device 004 appears to be the secondary interface, I unplugged the URI to
validate.
