[arm-allstar] How difficult would it be to add dpl to the repeater controller of this distro?

On a MSR2000 that have an external controler you need to make sure that the
internal audio lines are not in parallel to the controler audio lines, only
one line should sent to the xmitter. one way to test if the inetrnal system
feed the exciter as well as the allstar controler, disconnect the wire that
come OUT of the audio section of your USB card. Dont know if you use a URI
or moded usb fob. but on the URI it would be the pins 10-11 or 22-23 both
have the same AC audio level. one is dc coupled the other are AC coupled.
they are the LEFT and RIGHT signal that comes OUT of the audio fob or URI
