[arm-allstar] Disable DTMF muting?

Hi again.

Please disregard my previous message---propagate_dtmf DOES indeed work
properly. I had messed up a macro due to a typo at my end. OOPS!

Note that to activate the DTMF propagation, you must send a DTMF command
sequence to the remotely connected node.

So, for example, if your local node is 1100 and you connect to the remote
node 1200 (*31200 entered locally). Then, you want to send DTMF sequences
to the remote end, you must locally enter: *41200 (where the 1200 is the
remote node number)...Now, ALL DTMF and commands get forwarded to node
1200...Once you're finished, locally enter a: # DTMF symbol to de-activate
remote command mode.

To further enhance this capability, you can use the inxlat and outxlat
directives to forms DTMF macros.

Please give this method a try...
