[arm-allstar] V1.02beta Deprecated

The hamvoip version RPi2-3 1.02beta image has been removed from the
downloads at hamvoip.org.  The link still exists for web pages that have a
link to that download but the zip file now only contains a README with an
explanation pointing to the V1.5+ download at hamvoip.org.

We discourage any new use of the RPi2-3 V1.02beta code but users that for
some reason must have it we can supply a link. RPi Versions 1.02 and before
are no longer supported. Everyone is encouraged to update to the V1.5 code
as soon as possible.
