[arm-allstar] directory correction

In the previous message about the wx_condition.sh script the directory
should read -

In the var/lib/asterisk/sounds directory copy (not move)   rainy.gsm  to
showers.gsm

cloudy.gsm  to overcast.gsm
sounds was left off.
