[arm-allstar] Error parsing device parameters

Hi Tom,

I just tested simpleusb-tune-menu here on a couple live systems and my 
development system and it works fine here.

I'll check further...But, note that /usr/bin/simpleusb-tune-menu should be 
a symbolic link:

/usr/bin/simpleusb-tune-menu -> /usr/local/hamvoip-asterisk/sbin/simpleusb-tune-menu
