[arm-allstar] Error parsing device parameters

I just did a new install of Hamvoip, ran through the startup wizard,
and when I get to the tuning step I get this error:

[root at asterisk]# simpleusb-tune-menu
Error parsing device parameters: count=1 (07/23/2017)

I looked through the configuration files and don't see any obvious
issues. Any idea where to look? I ran through the startup script a
second time but the error persists.

I tried to read the contents of /usr/bin/simpleusb-tune-menu but the
script is a binary so I can't tell what part of the code this error
comes from.
