[arm-allstar] Error parsing device parameters

Indeed, it's symbolic link to
/usr/local/hamvoip-asterisk/sbin/simpleusb-tune-menu

What's the error actually mean? We're up at the site now and pretty
much out of ideas. Everything seems to be working except the levels
are way off, and I don't know how to tune them without
simpleusb-tune-menu.
