[arm-allstar] Playnews migration to v1.5

Thank you for your time with this Doug.

It does not respond to my crontab tasks at all. here is an example of one
of my cronjobs.

*30 19 * * 3 /etc/asterisk/local/playnews/playnews-0.9 ARN 20:01 42738 G*

Per your query, entering the following command at 21:28:

With the following results on the console. The 10 and 5 minute warnings
play, and the news plays fine at the appointed time. The files appear where
they should and are deleted after the news plays.
