[arm-allstar] Playnews migration to v1.5

I can access and manipulate files to my USB drive directory.
I deleted all playnews files, replaced them with a freshly un-tar'd cut and
left the default /tmp directory in place.
rebooted system
Is still not downloading the files.
Cronjob format I am using is the same that I used in my 1.2beta version
where the playnews script still works.
